I specialize in helping young adults, teens, and children who are struggling with relationships and challenging behaviors. I support clients who are navigating early adulthood, experiencing family transitions, parenting challenges, anxiety, low self-esteem, trauma, anger, and grief.

I help students manage challenges affecting performance in school, such as ADHD, test anxiety, and perfectionism. I work with young adults who are struggling with career choices and their relationships - to others and within themselves. I work with parents and their children experiencing difficult behaviors, such as showing defiance, disrespect and dishonesty. I will support you and your child in coping with changes in the family, such as divorce or loss of a loved one. I help clients develop a greater sense of self-worth and the ability to effectively communicate with family members and peers.

I use an integrative approach to treating my clients and the unique circumstances that make you who you are. I create a warm, safe environment where you will feel supported in addressing your challenges, encouraged to make changes, and empowered to reach your full potential. I believe that change occurs when commitments to meaningful goals are made and strong relationships are built.

I am accepting new clients, and I accept cash, check, credit card, PayPal, HSA/FSA.  Superbills are available upon request for insurance reimbursement.

I am also a Qualified Supervisor, available to supervise Registered Mental Health Counselor Interns seeking licensure in the state of Florida.
