What to expect
When you come to Sunlight Counseling, you will experience a warm, safe environment for you or your child to feel heard, understood and appreciated. Sunlight Counseling is part of the Corrine Drive Counseling Center, located in the Audubon Park Garden District.
Relationships are what drive (or stall) your experiences in life. Our counseling relationship is an integral part of therapy - I will work to meet you where you are, grow your strengths, and support you through your struggles. We will create a plan that identifies your goals and the path we will take to get you there. As part of therapy, we may play, do "homework," talk, listen. Trust the process. You've made the right choice by seeking help, and I will guide you along the path toward your fulfillment.
You are my top priority. I will always respect your time and your goals. We will frequently check in regarding the progress and goals of your therapy, and make changes as needed.
